My developed script

This podcast if for when you are in the park... Ok... I will start.
Shut your eyes and listen to everything around you. Can you hear the birds ? What noise do they make? Can you hear more than one bird?
Listen to the wind and the rustle of leaves. Listen to any footsteps you can hear, any children who are playing or anyone talking to each other.
Become aware of everything around you using just the sounds you can hear.

Now open your eyes. look around and take on the whole park. Notice the different colours in each plant and different shapes of each tree. Look up at the sky. Are there any clouds, can you see the sun or the moon or is it grey and gloomy.

Take your time noticing everything, enjoy taking in the world around you.

The script for my podcast

Hello, this is a podcast for when you are in  the park. Now I want you to look around you and find the biggest  tree you can see.
Walk up to that tree and study it carefully. Look at its branches, its leaves, can you see the roots sticking up from the ground? 
What if I told you that your great, great grandparents met under this exact tree. They were both walking through the park one day and happened across this tree. They got talking and fell in love. 
Then years and years later after their children had children and those children had children, you were born.
